FindBandwidth Function

ftp_batch.txt -	this is the commands for executing an
ftp call to wait.uccs.edu in batch mode.  PLEASE NOTE:
 The file logs in as kegigax with a temporary password
on wait.  The password will be updated for security
reasons after the New Year.

findBandwidth.cs -	This is the source code for the
findbandwidth executable.

findBandwidth.exe - 	This application will do an FTP
transfer with wait.uccs.edu and return the bandwidth
between the host and wait.  Please note that this is
an estimated bandwidth.
