PROBLEM
The IPSU utility does not always succeed in communicating to the Cisco 1200 Access Point.

RESPONSE
The Cisco 1200 Access Point responds to IPSU only when the access point is set to default values.  After the AP is configured, it may not respond to IPSU.

SOLUTION
Use the console port of the AP or the web interface to configure the AP.
