Typical location where iTune upload the iPod voice memo files is located in C:\Documents and Settings\chow\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Music\Unknown Artist\Unknown Album where chow is your loginname to windows system. It will find wave files in that "Unknown Album" directory.
