Ankur is a teaching assistant (TA) and a doctoral candidate in the Department of Computer Science at the University Of Colorado At Colorado Springs. Ankur did his undergraduate studies from IEM (Institute Of Engineering & Management), Calcutta (now Kolkata) and obtained his Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science & Engineering from Kalyani University, West Bengal,India in 2001. He joined UCCS - Computer Science Department in Spring,2006.He is, also,currently working as a research assistant (RA) under Dr. Terry Boult in UCCS VAST (Vision And Security Technology) Lab He has been involved in the IT (Information Technology) industry for nearly 5 years as a computer consultant, computer (systems) engineer and IT analyst, and has worked for multinational organizations with different global clients,in various technologies and under different platforms.
